Shipping

All prices are FOB factory, Bishop, CA, unless otherwise specified.

We make every effort to accommodate special requests, however, the factory cannot be held responsible if the carrier delays delivery.  3rd party billing is available.  There is a convenience fee of $15.00 (C) per order for this service (Item #3PARTY).

Shipping - International Blind

The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and fees.  In order to blind ship internationally, please provide a commercial invoice showing the declared value for export as well as the product's original country of origin.  If no invoice is provided by the distributer, the net pricing will be used to determine the declared value and will be visible to the end buyer.  Supplier cannot be held responsible for border delays.

Rush Service/Same Day/24 Hour Service

Contact factory to confirm availability of Rush Service.  Rush Service (Item #PEN-RUSH) moves your order to the front of the production queue.  Rush Service (48 hour – 7 day production) is available on most products.  Rush service fee is $50.00 (A) for up to 500 pieces.  Rush service over 500 pieces will be charged $0.10 (A) per piece.  Quantity limits apply for all Rush Service orders.

Contact factory to confirm availability of Same Day/24 Hour Service.  Same Day/24 Hour Service (Item #24-RUSH) requires that the order, vectorized art, and payment info must be received at the factory no later than 9:00 AM Pacific Standard Time the day that it needs to ship.  Vector art must have all text converted to outlines.  No virtual proof will be submitted on Same Day/24 Hour Service.  Same Day/24 Hour Service is available on most products.  The fee is $75.00 (A) for up to 500 pieces.  Same Day/24 Hour Service for orders over 500 pieces will be charged $0.15 (A) per piece.  Quantity limits apply for all Same Day/24 Hour Service orders.

 All Rush Service and Same Day/24 Hour Service orders are shipped ground unless another shipping method is requested.

Returns or Claims

No returns or claims are accepted for credit or replacement without advance, written authorization from factory.  All requests for credit must be received within 30 days of shipment.  No returns will be accepted after 60 days of shipping product.
