Acknowledgements/Order Confirmation
Factory acknowledges all orders via fax or email. Please examine acknowledgements immediately and promptly contact the factory if an error has occurred.
Additional Color Run Charge (Item #ADD COLOR)
Carpenter Pencils: add $0.05 (C).
Pens: add $0.08 (C).
Up to two colors maximum. Please see multicolor up charge for full color designs.
Additional Screens (Item #SCREEN2)
1 color imprints - no screen charge.
2 color imprints - $65.00 (C) screen charge.
Full color digital printing available on most products. Please refer to product pages for availability of multicolor imprints.
Artwork (Item #ART)
Artwork requiring clarification or redrawing for which production ready art was not supplied will incur an art charge of $50.00 per hour (X). Charges above $25.00 will need to be approved by the customer. Charges of $25.00 or less will be added to the invoice without approval. The factory keeps artwork on file for repeat orders. Please reference previous invoice number to expedite the processing of repeat orders.
Assorted Styles
All product colors are not necessarily available at all times. Orders requesting more than one color of product or imprint may incur additional setup or screen charges.
Blank Merchandise
Use end-quantity pricing for each product type when ordering non-imprinted items. Minimum order for blank items is the first quantity shown. Blank items may be subject to item specific incremental quantities. Ask customer service for more information. Not all products are available blank. Please call to confirm availability and stock.
Change of Copy
Orders consisting of multiple imprints cannot be combined for volume pricing.
Change of Imprint Color or Foil Color (Item #CHANGE)
Pencils: $15.00 (C) per change, 1008 minimum per run.
Pens: No charge, 500 minimum per run.
Custom Pen & Pencil Colors
Pencils: Color matching is available for orders of 100 gross of full sized sticks (14,400 pieces) or more for an additional $0.0487 (X) per piece. Please contact the factory for availability and production times. When possible, please provide Pantone® numbers for accurate color matching. (Item #PMS PAINT)
Pens: Stock pen colors are listed on the catalog page for each pen. Please contact the factory for the minimums for custom pen barrel color matching. Typically, factory minimums are at least 15,000 pieces with a 3 month lead time.
Custom Printing Options
Pantone® Imprint Color Matching (Item #PMS COLOR) add $100.00 (X) per color. Please allow for additional production time when requesting a Pantone® color match.
Multicolor Imprinting: Full color designs containing RGB or Pantone® spot colors will print in CMYK equivalent. Please provide CMYK artwork to to prevent unexpected shifts in color for full color design products. Metallic colors are not available with digital printing.
Imprint Layout and Location
Imprints will be right of center and right-handed unless otherwise specified. All copy will be set reading left to right unless otherwise specified.
Large Quantity Orders

Pencil Core
All of our pencils come with a standard #2HB graphite core.

All prices are subject to change without notice.
Production Time
Please refer to product pages for standard production times. Production time can vary by product and by season. Production time begins when suitable art, complete purchase order, approved proof and credit approval have been received by factory. In order to expedite order processing pre-payment may be required for new accounts.
Proofs (Item #PROOF)
Virtual proofs will be provided on request for $15.00 (C). Physical proofs (6 pieces) are available on request for $60.00 (C). Each subsequent proof incurs a proof charge. Initial virtual proof charge will be waived for orders of $500.00 or more.
Changes or cancellations after a screen has been made will incur a $40.00 (C) charge (Item #CANCEL).
QR Codes / Barcodes Disclaimer
Due to the limitations of our digital printers and silkscreen process, there is no guarantee regarding proper scannability of QR Codes or Barcodes after production is finalized. That is not to say the quality of the print won't be held to the same high standard all other custom prints are required to meet, but we cannot offer any guarantees that QR Codes or Barcodes will be able to be scanned by any digital devices capable of doing so. Please keep this in mind prior to placing any personalized orders involving QR Codes of Barcodes. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
Quantities
We make every effort to ship exact quantities; however, we reserve the right to ship 5% over or under the quantity ordered. Customers will be billed for the actual quantity shipped. Pencils are sold in gross (144 piece) increments unless otherwise specified.
Returns or Claims
No returns or claims are accepted for credit or replacement without advance, written authorization from factory. All requests for credit must be received within 30 days of shipment. No returns will be accepted after 60 days of shipping product.
Rush Service/Same Day/24 Hour Service
Contact factory to confirm availability of Rush Service. Rush Service (Item #PEN-RUSH) moves your order to the front of the production queue. Rush Service (48 hour – 7 day production) is available on most products. Rush service fee is $100.00 (A) for up to 500 pieces. Rush service over 500 pieces will be charged $0.20 (A) per piece. Quantity limits apply for all Rush Service orders.
Contact factory to confirm availability of Same Day/24 Hour Service. Same Day/24 Hour Service (Item #24-RUSH) requires that the order, vectorized art, and payment info must be received at the factory no later than 9:00 AM Pacific Standard Time the day that it needs to ship. Vector art must have all text converted to outlines. No virtual proof will be submitted on Same Day/24 Hour Service. Same Day/24 Hour Service is available on most products. The fee is $150.00 (A) for up to 500 pieces. Same Day/24 Hour Service for orders over 500 pieces will be charged $0.30 (A) per piece. Quantity limits apply for all Same Day/24 Hour Service orders.
All Rush Service and Same Day/24 Hour Service orders are shipped ground unless another shipping method is requested.
Sales Tax
Taxing remote sales has changed! On June 21, 2018, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled in favor of the state in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. The decision overruled a longstanding physical presence rule, allowing states to require remote sellers to collect and remit sales tax. In the time since the Supreme Court Decision, most (but not all) states have adopted new rules defining what establishes a sales and use tax obligation, known as nexus.
Unfortunately for businesses, no two state sales tax nexus laws are alike. To further complicate things, taxes can also be collected at the county and local government levels, so the customer’s billing address at the time of order submission will ultimately determine how much (if any) taxes will be applied to the order.
Due to this change (and resulting software limitations associated with our website), sales tax may not be calculated correctly during checkout. Our Customer Service Representatives will review your order after it has been submitted to ensure accuracy. If you have any questions regarding the application of sales tax, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-873-1772.
Sample Policy
Representative samples are available free of charge.
Samples will be shipped standard US Mail unless otherwise requested. Expedited shipping is available via UPS. Please provide your UPS account number.
Setup Fee Items (Item #SETUP-FC)
#PM800, #PM802T-GOLF and #PM803-GOLF require a $30.00 (X) setup fee per order.
Sharpening (Item #SHARPEN)
Sharpening is available for full size pencils for $0.083 (C) per piece. All golf pencils come pre-sharpened at the price shown. Please note that during shipping graphite dust can accumulate on the pencils. We make every effort to pack orders securely to avoid this, however the factory cannot be held responsible when this occurs.
Shipping
All prices are FOB factory, Bishop, CA, unless otherwise specified.
We make every effort to accommodate special requests, however, the factory cannot be held responsible if the carrier delays delivery. 3rd party billing is available. There is a convenience fee of $15.00 (C) per order for this service (Item #3PARTY).
Shipping - International Blind
The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and fees. In order to blind ship internationally, please provide a commercial invoice showing the declared value for export as well as the product's original country of origin. If no invoice is provided by the distributer, the net pricing will be used to determine the declared value and will be visible to the end buyer. Supplier cannot be held responsible for border delays.
